Boost Adds LG Realm to Prepaid

LG Realm

Boost Mobile has added a new inexpensive Android smartphone to their prepaid lineup. The LG Realm is a lower-end smartphone with some decent specs and a very nice $80 price point. PhoneScoop reports the device was also sold under the name Optimus Exceed 2. You can purchase the phone at Walmart, select retailers and online. It doesn’t look super feature-packed, but has enough that light smartphone users will definitely get their money’s worth. The specs for the phone include:
  • Android 4.4 Kitkat
  • 4.5 inch display with Gorilla Glass touch-screen
  • 5 MP back camera, VGA front camera
  • 1.2GHz dual-core processor
  • 1 GB RAM, 4 GB storage
  • Knock Code security
  • HD Voice
  • 2100 mAH battery for longer life
  • Qslide 2.0 multitasking and QuickMemo
  • Mobile Hotspot capability
The device is pretty slender, coming in at just under a half inch and weighs about 4.5 oz. It has a range of other features as well such as 3-way calling, call waitig, NFC capability and access to Google Play to name a few. For the price, it seems like a pretty good inexpensive alternative. You can take a look at the phone specs and purchase it from Boost Mobile’s website.]]>
