How to Clear Mobile Browser Cache/Cookies

  1. Launch the Chrome app.

  3. Tap Privacy.
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Check Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data, then tap Clear.

Windows Phones

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Delete history.
  5. Tap Delete to confirm.
