Cricket, MetroPCS has signed a distribution deal with Amazon.com. About a month ago Cricket hooked on with Amazon, which was part of a large expansion effort. Now MetroPCS will have the same widespread distribution advantage. It’s unknown yet how much the Amazon deal helped Cricket — we won’t know much, if anything, until the fourth quarter earnings conference. But it’s hard to imagine that a deal with such a high-traffic website could work out poorly. ]]>
