- MetroPCS has introduced Mas Mexico, a plan that provides unlimited calling to landlines and unlimited texting to mobile phones in Mexico for $5 per month. Only customers with a family plan are eligible for Mas Mexico. This also appears to be an introductory price that could rise on December 3.
- We also saw the Samsung Craft specs leak. The Craft is the nation’s first LTE handset, due to launch on MetroPCS in September. My only question is, why doesn’t it run Android?
- Wal-Mart has increased its Common Cents distribution to another 500 stores, bringing its total to 1,250. Common Cents offers pay-as-you-go services for seven cents per minute, with round down minutes.
