In brief: Judge rules in favor of AT&T

trying to keep AT&T out. Well, the judge has rendered a decision, and he has ruled in favor of AT&T. They can now erect 12 antennae on the planned building. Apparently, at least according to the judge, the township was acting in their own self-interest and not that of the community at large.
