Joe Pawlikowski
Joe Pawlikowski was the Senior Editor for Prepaid Reviews from 2007 through 2013, an independent website that reviews prepaid cell phone providers and reports on the prepaid wireless industry. Joe had been covering the prepaid industry since before it went mainstream. He was also a columnist for The Prepaid Press.
