Boost Mobile. Customer service is no small matter, and St. Julian understands that. Not only has she taken ownership over the service the company provides to its over 4 million subscribers, but she has also helped cut the costs in the department by 20 percent. The article boasts that “Owens St. Julian believes that it’s important to provide a consistent customer experience, and that a personal connection with customers is key,” though I’m sure more than a few Boost customers would disagree with that sentiment. Congratulations to Owens St. Julian and Boost for this recognition. It’s nice to see traditional gender walls falling these days.]]>
