Cricket choose Sitel for outsourced customer service

While this is no guarantee of better customer service, Cricket wireless has hired Sitel to take care of its bilingual customer service and tech support needs. This will be for both Cricket’s traditional cellular and mobile broadband services. From Lisa Vaz, director of customer care operations for Cricket:

As America’s fastest growing wireless company… MetroPCS might have something to say about that. There’s not much we can speculate on right now, but we’ll certainly be watching to user reviews to see if the tenor of them has changed once Sitel establishes itself.
