MetroPCS launches LG Optimus M+
April 23, 2012/
It took about a month’s turnaround time for the LG Optimus M+ to go from rumor to release. The mid-range Android handset, which features an 800MHz processor and a 3.5-inch screen that tops its predecessor, is now available from MetroPCS. It’s more of a value model than anything, much like the original Optimus M. Unfortunately, it still runs Android Gingerbread 2.3, and it’s unlikely we’ll see it receive an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0. But it is available now, for $129, at MetroPCS’s website.
