MetroPCS inks mobile content deal with Cellufun

prepaid mobile video service. So what’s on tap for Metro?Mobile games (thanks PocketGamer). They come courtesy of Cellufun. This is the gaming company’s first mobile contract. Its games include Space Wars and Call of the Pharoah. That last title sounds killer. Let’s hope the gameplay stands up to it.

“MetroPCS has already proven itself to be very much in tune with the needs of its customers, who are asking for more services based on social interaction with other subscribers,” says Cellufun CEO Arthur Goikhman. “This makes them a perfect fit for our first venture into the on-deck world, since our portal is focused on community-driven gaming.”
Cellufun claims that it realizes five million unique users per month, which is impressive if true. They’ll now expose themselves to Metro’s 4.6 million — and growing — subscribers. [MetroPCS review]]]>
