Just days after MetroPCS ended all outstanding litigation with Leap Wireless, they’ve entered into a suit with Virgin Mobile. According to the Dallas Business Journal, it is over MetroPCS’s MetroFlash program, which allows new customers to bring existing CDMA phones to Metro for use on their network.
