Another grocery store MVNO
MVNOs — namely Hy-Vee and H-E-B. And since I haven’t heard word of them shutting down, it appears that they may be onto something. Another one has reared its head: Meijer, a Midwest chain with 181 supercenters in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. It’s another MVNO of the Sprint network. They work on a refill basis, offering plans starting at $20 for 90 minutes and ranging up to $125 for 1,000 minutes. All plans comes with unlimited nights and weekends (9 p.m.), as long as you have a positive balance. Texting is 10 cents each way, and data is 30 cents a day. The plans actually remind me a lot of Mojo Mobile. So if you want a comparable service, you can check their review. Yeah, those are all old models, and they’re being sold at full retail price, which is never fun.
