Virgin launches LG Flare

It’s a pretty basic clamshell, with full-color internal and external displays. You can surf the mobile web with it, as well as take advantage of other tried-and-true features, like Bluetooth, voice dialing, and speakerphone. It doesn’t look like the phone will send or receive MMS. But for $30, can you expect any more? It’s not a terrible phone, and possible a good value at the price.
