“One of the best contract free pre paid cellphone services” ? Really? This is my first time switching to a prepaid plan and the big mistake was, I did it with this red pocket garbage. Gave it a second chance and paid for another month, few hours after that, phone call was cut off, unable to send send text msgs, of course no web browsing. Then they send a msg saying my service is blocked, and prompting me to pay again. Poor service, too long of a wait time, oftentimes more than 30 min, and unknowledgeable service reps. It’s just too much aggravation, waste of time and money.
