I HAVE ONLY HAD MY PHONE FOR THREE DAYS AND THE SERVICE IS NOTHING! THE UTT WORKS OK BUT I CANT GET ON THE INTERNET, SEND OR RECIEVE MMS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOOO RUDE. THE EMPLOYEE CANT REFUND MY MONEY BUT HE CAN GIVE ME STORE CREDIT FOR ANOTHER $23 DOLLARS. I FEEL IF HE CAN BEND THE RULES TO GIVE ME STORE CREDIT THE HE SURE CAN BEND THE RULES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Page Plus is only good if you have a brand new phonw with them and they dont have good customer service. I brought my phone in march with in 3 weeks my phone was broke and not because I dropped it or anything it was a used refurbished phone they just had it in the box and made it look new, and they dont send you a phone. Im moving to a differnt company, I might try straight talk.

The pricing is great, and the coverage is excellent BUT the customer service is really poor. I had a 4-day gap in service after adding time via their website and the reply to my email complaint said they'd “had problems with the website over the weekend” and finally added the time purchased from their site online on Sunday to my phone on Wednesday. Also, refurbished phone I bought from their site stopped working through no fault of mine and I had to wait for UPS to ship me a new phone, therefore another gap in service (they did replace the phone at no charge since it broke so soon after purchase, however). My first week with them miscommunication led me to purchase time before my number port was completed, and they refused to add time once the port was complete, thus I wasted $29.95 right away. The hold times are EXTREMELY long if you call and I encountered more than one very rude rep, and have found the email customer service easier. So for now, I'm sticking with it since it's such a cheap deal, but a few more gaps in service will make me move on.

Pageplus unlimited works it you use it correctly, I have it but I buy my refill card early but don't add it to my phone till it shut off, also I never use my phone like a house phone i give my battery time to charge then i take it off the charger. Im working during the day so Im only use my text.I was with Sprint of several years an paid way to much, now I get the same service and I was able to have my same number without paying 130.00 month, I'll take 39.95 or 44.95 any day over that. Yes there are some area's that pageplus need to work on, like there call wait time, but over all my experiance is great.

dam page plus to hell i called them to buy a new talk n text plan then said they added it to my account didn't see it and then they hung up on me so i called back and the stupid fool put me on the Unlimited Talk n Text Plan now i have only 20mb of data that sucks after this i will no longer be going back to page plus.

Page Plus Cellular (PPC) WAS great, operative word “WAS”, but are NO LONGER!!! I just tried to purchase a $10 card over the phone and the person taking the order entered my address WRONG, so the next day, I still didn't have the $10 on my phone, though I had a confirmation number from the purchase and my bank had already processed payment on their end. I called PPC and spoke to a supervisor. She was rude and unhelpful and told me it was on the bankcard company's end and to call them. When I tried to tell her there was a problem with their customer service because I believed it was THEIR error after VERIFYING my address with her, she hung up on me! I called the bankcard co., they verified the address which was correct with them all along and told me to call PPC, it was on THEIR end. I called PPC and the guy wouldn't initially send me to a supervisor as I requested, but took all my info again then told me nothing new but verified my address AGAIN, then got a supervisor (different than last time). She was also rude, nasty and unhelpful in resolving the issue and then repeated my address back incorrectly so I corrected her and said it WAS their error. She would not STILL give me the $10 applied on my phone and CHARGED ME AGAIN, when she said she cancelled the earlier charge!!! I called my bankcard co. and I asked them to refuse/cancel these payments and they said I had to get PPC to FAX a letter on their masthead with all the info and stating that they weren't going to charge me for these 2 times, etc. and they would release my funds back into my account. I called PPC back and got another supervisor and she was rude, nasty attitude and absolutely REFUSED to send the fax, stating it was “not their policy” to send a fax!!! I had been a happy customer for at least 3 years! NO MORE!!!!!!! I would give them a big FAT ZERO if allowed, they don't deserve even one star!!! So dissappointed by their sudden change to crap!!!!

Figure out pre-paid? There should be nothing to figure out, this company has everything backwards. I have dealt with many of people that either lost their money or had there phone banned on UNLIMITED ABUSE. I see alot of people say “get a life” if your on the phone that much, well some people have JOBS and there JOBS require them to be on the telephone. Sure it is a good value, but the pirce increase to 44.95 and the banned devices and the lackluster customer service is NO GOOD.

Page Plus is a Verizon prepaid reseller. They have to pay Verizon for all their “unlimited” minutes so they have a limit. Verizon prepaid is directly owned by Verizon with NO middleman. They can give away over 20,000 night/weekend/Verizon to Verizon minutes for practically free. Page Plus can't. Verizon costs more but if you've been burned by Page Plus's “unlimited” plan you can still get unlimited on Verizon, it just costs a lot more. ($74.99 for unlimited talk) and you can't use Smartphones of any kind or touchscreens. But Verizon prepaid has much better customer service.

I was on ATT services for about a 2 yr contract with 2 phones. My bill was over $130.00 a mth and that's if my daughter didn't go over her minutes. We only had 700 mins to share. I switched to PP after contract ended and now I pay $80.00 for 2 phones with unlimited services. No overage charges!! Love the savings. And I never lost service, no complaints here.

Have been using this for a year. I have no problems. I travel in the NY/NE region daily and coverage has been excellent. CS does take maybe 10 minutes to connect with, but they have not been rude. I have used the 1200/1200 and pay as you go plans with no problems.

I was thinking about porting over to PP from Verizon because of Verizons crap, but I tried for several hours to cal CS and just kept getting a message that “All circuits are busy”, so if they cant handle their own calls, how can they handle mine? Guess I wont go with PP and will try to find some other alternative to PP. I really think Congress needs to investigate the whole cell phone industry and force these people to be honest. They all seem to be crooks.

I have had pageplus for over a year now. I got my cousin's old bb storm for verizon when she upgraded so i wasn't stuck with an outdated phone. As far as the service, I have had to call customer service once and yes it took a while but they were not rude. They were actually very nice. The nationwide coverage is great! I have the T & T 1200 plan. I'm from Buffalo but have taken the phone to Ohio, Virginia, Miami, and the Florida Keys. Got full signal everywhere. And yeah the internet doesn't work but having talk, sms, and mms for 30 bucks you can't go wrong.

I cannot recommend this company. What I do recommend is to stay away from this company. My service gets cut off about twice a week. I call the Framingham MA store where I bought the service. They tell me week after week that this should not be happening because I am fully paid and its not happening to anyone else. They want me to think that this makes my phone issues less real. They tell me they will call the company and get back to me. They NEVER call back. The problem never gets resolved. Getting them to answer the phone is like winning the lottery. When they finally answered, I was told that I would perhaps be better with another company because this situation is not good, and they cant do anything about it. I don't think this store will be open very long. They seem to be a real fly-by- night outfit.

first off page plus unlimited talk and text dose have a cap, the talk cap is 5000 minutes, if you go over this they do turn your phone off, also every one who keeps complaining that your phones were turned off well all i can say is get a life, you guys most have nothing better to do then talk all day, page plus is far better then metro pcs crap and some of the others, I have an motorola Q9m with nice 3G data yes 3g speed test show downlaods from 377-592kbs, and i pay only 29.99 you can't beat that price, for all you people out there if you want something better then go with a dam contract phone so stop Complaining like kids.

When I called custom service they were RUDE, hung up on me twice, did not listen to a thing i was saying. I they can tell me is the decision made been made. No more no less. Horrible Service. Never been able to speak to any CSR, long wait and long wiat for ever, I get frustrated and disconnects the line after waiting 30min to 45Min+ on the line and after listenning the automated message.- Poor signal , in I am in IL. call drops in between.- Poor voice quality.- Recharge method is not easy. Not available on all store.- Most bothering thing is : poor (very poor ) customer service. I doubt if they have any at all, neve got any one on the phone.- However my phone works like a zombie. I have another phone and thus I am able to survive.

They are the worst. Please believe me because I would not be writing a review if I didn't mean what I said. You will think it is a good deal but you are wasting your money. It is supposely “unlimited” but if you talk too much on it, they will shut your phone down and say you have “abused” your terms. I have been using page plus service well before their UT&T was thought of, but as of today, they can kick rocks. They shut my phone down after 15 days of UT&T. Their claim is that most of my calls were for 300 or more minutes per call, which is a totally bogus. I have a life: kids, job, home, homework. I don't have time to talk to anyone that long, but if I did, so what it's suppose to be unlimited talk and text. I am totally disappointed and pissed off. My plan was not suppose to expire until April 24th, now I'm just SOL. Screw u – Page PLus -I want to sue page plus, their a scam, I hate them and their service.

Page plus has been good so far for the three months my wife has used it. She uses the 1200 minute plan. No problems yet. Can't beat the cost value. Do everything on line as much as possible. Based upon the reviews hear, would hesitate to use Page Plus unlimited plan. As far as I can tell, Page Plus is great for moderate users of talk/text only, and if you can tolerate older style phones. If you want unlimited talk/text, data plans, and smart phones, you probably should go some where else and pay the extra premium.

The phones are crappy. My phone went dead after 7 months and was not covered by warranty. I had to buy a new one which cost me another 50+ dollars. I was a little apprehensive about pageplus after reading through the reviews here. However, I can't complain. The only minor issue I had was not receiving the email with tracking info for my phone. I called customer service and they picked up in about 2 minutes and they gave me the tracking number over the phone. The coverage has been outstanding here in upstate NY. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife will be dropping her Net10 phone and picking up a pageplus phone.

I have had absolutely no problem with Page Plus Cellular. They have excellent coverage and I talk, text, and use my 20MB of data every month. I have a business so, I use my phone for a ton of personal use and definitely a ton of business calls. Whatever the disgruntled people are talking about seems to be from their misunderstanding and these are the same type of people when I worked for Verizon Wireless whined about it all and didn't take the time to research their own issues that weren't really issues. These type of people complain about whatever wireless carrier they are with no matter who it is because they are the ones who want something for nothing and still think they should own a cell phone. Since I've been with Page Plus I have had absolutely not one dropped call. I talk thousands of daytime minutes and night time minutes a month. I also text and picture message like crazy and browse the web moderately. I have the Env3 on mine. I also have a Motorola Q9m. You can use most of the Verizon handsets which are the best out there and the only ones you can't use are blackberry, certain htc phones,the palm treos, and the verizon prepaid inpulse handsets from walmart and target and who cares about palm treos anyway. So, the people who are complaining about the handsets should try some of the dealers out there on the web to see how nice the phones are because Page Plus Cellular doesn't have a strong selection of handsets on their site of course as we all know. I went to pageplusquickshop.com and bought a nice blue motorola q that is refurbished but, looks and works beautifully and is easy to use for texting and browsing the web. I don't say all the dealers out there are carrying handsets that are nice but, some do. For the last part I think it is hilarious that kitty wireless seems to have a supposed customer pop up on every forum talking about their legendary customer service and go to their site. Kitty we know it's you. Toooo obvious! Give it a rest. How can customer service be legendary????? I think you have the wrong word. I also seen some good sites like Page Plus direct and Atomic wireless has some good phones too. Page Plus keep up the good work and hopefully you'll gain more customers who appreciate simple unlimited talk & text with great coverage and really no problems except from people who have huge imaginations.

Do't listen to these blind rabbits, who say page plus is any good. Page Plus is good for someone who only and and texts. Do not attempt to come to page plus if you send alot of pictures or want any smart phone for data. This service is made for people 40 years of age and older.I have never been done wrong by this company,its just a joke how they advertise and unless all you wanna do is talk and text, then it's for you.

This is a most deceptive and fraudent company. They list there coverage and then later change the billing rate and add roaming charge to areas they advertise as covered. There explanation is they can't really be responsable for their advertised coverage.

Having worked in the cellular busines for 15 years I have seen alot of companys come and go. However, I never seen a betterdeal that what page plus offers for $39.99. A a matter of fact, Ihav recently started working in a pageplus re-seller retail store. The overal response is fantastic. We instuct our customrs allthe benefits of page plus and when to apply money to individual accounts. We have hundreds of satisfied customers. The people who are havingproblems with customer care are more than likely being very rude when calling and complaining about somethin they should have been explained at time of ativation. PAGE PLUS IS TH BST VALUE IN THE CELL INDUSTRY TODAY.

Page plus company is a scam. The first seven days of the month are the most busiest days. People are paying alot of money to renew theirs plans. This company waited till after these days to decide to take people off their unlimited plan. This was a strategic money move on their part. page plus is smart but it is only a matter of time until they are taken down.

Started with PP last June on a approved Palm Centro. Fast forward to Feb., 2010, where I called in to c/s to try fixing my pic messageing which suddenly stopped working. The c/s rep did a “reset” and after on hold for 10 minutes was hung up on. An hour or so later, I realized my business cell was strangely quiet…they shut the damn phone off and a callback shortly after (and be prepared for extremely LONG hold times) confirmed that the phone is now banned. Why would they not tell me this instead of hanging up?? Never did get my remaining $20. back as c/s said “they don't do refunds”! Amazing how they stay in business…morons. Only two cons: even though they list an 800 number for service, good luck getting through. Basicaly zero customer service . Limited phone selection. Pro: Without a doubt the best coverage and prices in the US period. For prices like theirs, I don't need customer service.
