check out page plus website for phones!!! PRICES JUST WENT THREW THE ROOF!!!, these phones now must be made of gold. The new kyocera phone which was 99.95, even under news on page plus says 99.95. Now is 139.95 for a cheap, vga camera, flip phone. and even the refurbs have all gone up in price. the alias 89.95 to 119.95, almost all the phones went up in price. plus all the concerns of going over unlimited. lol, how can you go over unlimited (normal talking and texting, not the abusing of the system), bad customer service, dropped calls.

awful customer service. i had just paid 29.99 for thier 1200 plan. someone stole my phone right after i bought it. took 45 minutes to get through to customer service and then they told me to go fax in a copy of my i.d and phone # and reason why i wanted it cancelled. i lost 29.99 plus the phone. then they said go out and buy a new phone. i will never deal with them agan.

I used my phone maybe to talk 45 minutes per day and the rest of the time it sat in my vehicle for a emergency phone. THEY SHUT ME OFF, and will not give you any sort of refund. Not to mention calling customer service takes forever, and half of them are rude. Then you ask for a supervisor and they really are clueless, there system is always down it seems, and then to boot, when you make a payment online and go to submit it, it don't work.

I was using varizon for years but now i switch to pageplus, I am happy to use this service, this is amazing…unlimited talk and text in such a low rate WOWwww. but picture massages plan is something thy need to work on…one more thing, customer service of this company is just horriable, first they take long time and second thy give horrible servive, I wish never have to talk any pageplus customer service rep it take much time to get connected and once get connect most of the time thy are rude, or just hurry to say bye….

I needed to correct myself I was also refused the right to speak to a manager or supervisor. I would be placed on hold then hung up on by every customer service person I spoke with and each one had a nasty attitude. One man told me he was not going to explain it to me again and hung up on me. I have also waited for hours just to get a ringing tone then to sit on hold another 20 minutes.

I have not had any problems with them until 3/18/2010. They have made an error that was there fault and has resulted in my phone not being on. I was told since last Thursday that an operational manager had to look over it and it would take 24hrs. Well, 24 turned it 48 then 72 then it is just one person who doesnt work on the weekends so call back Monday.

Page Plus has gone down hill really fast. When I joined a year ago, I had no complaints. Now the list is endless. I have not been able to purchase minutes online or via their customer service line in days. A company that can't get its act together to sell a product and collect money for that product should not be in business.

****READ*****Their service is great (verizon cell towers) but their customer service is HORRIBLE! it takes you 15 minutes minimum to even get ahold to a Customer Service Rep and half the time they are RUDE! ok, now here is the real issue…when u purchase the unlimited talk N text card its not REALLY unlimited…calls are and regular texts are! picture msgs and internet is apart of a 20 mb a month…how much that is I DONT KNOW! if you go over that 20 mb then you cant send or recieve anymore pic messages…here was my issue, I used all of my 20 mb and couldnt send anymore, thats fine, but i tried to pay my bill early and i purchased the unlimited card…instead of them putting it to my account as unlimited talk N text they put it on as a 39.95 credit so everytime i used my picture messages it was taking my money…when it came time for my billing cycle to end which was 3 days later i had NO MONEY on the acct and they turned my phone off…so because my old billing cycle wasnt over they pretty much used all of that 40 dollars from the unlimited card charging me for text messages that i thought were covered! that was probably hard to understand but let me just tell u now! NEVER PAY UR BILL EARLY…i figure if i am purchasing an unlimited card then thats what i am purchasing im not putting 40 dollars on my account to use for something else! so just know that with a unlimited card there is a billing cycle, if u put another card on your account early than it goes on as money and will be used towards other things…when i called i was argued with for 20 minutes by a CSR and told there was NO WAY POSSIBLE i could speak to a supervisor! he would not transfer me and i demanded it numerous times then he hung up…i called back waiting on hold for 22 mins then eventually speaking to someone else and i asked once to speak to a supervisor and was transferred immediately…very frustrated i filed a complaint and now im here and going to be on every other thread to complain about the service! if u never have to deal with customer service its great, if you think you will go to STRAIGHT TALK! they are much more friendly…just dont like their phones…i am currently using the Verizon LG Voyager with page plus…

Page Plus is the best prepaid phone company i've tried and still do. Never had a problem. Only thing i had to do was call CS to turn my web on. Yeah it took like an hour lol,but after that it was all good. Got the unlimited plan,they texted me when it was almost time to renew my account..so i re-newed 2 days earlier and everything went fine. some one told me after the fact to wait until the payment is due. i was kinda nervous,but my phone stayed on and is still on till this day. im bout to get a black berry from verizon and switch it to PP. seriously.quit hatin on page plus…get a land line if ya gone keep complainin lol

Both my wife and I have been using the Page Plus system ever since it came on the market. Page plus uses Verizon towers it does not get any better than Verizon when It comes to traveling. I am a phone dealer in Baltimore MD. We were paying a dollar per day with the Verizon pre paid plan, between the both of us that's $60.00 per month just to get on the system with no minutes from Verizon.Pageplus does not charge a dollar a day like Verizon and AT&T. We used our existing phones and kept the same phone numbers. Those of you that are having problems Making receiving and getting drop calls the problem is not Pageplus ( Verizon wireless ) ALL the phones that are sold by page plus and there distributors are RECONDITIONED phones. I find that recon phones are 20% ok and 80% bad so you don't want get the phone from Pageplus. What I have told my friends to do is to buy a new Verizon phone from Wal-Mart then activate it through page plus. As far as the customer service is concerned,when Boostmobile went unlimited it was almost imposable to talk to anyone for about three months. Its going to be the same with page plus don't bother to call until things settle down. Until then If you need help go online and they will take care of it right away.NEW problem for page plus customers. Page plus will no longer let anyone activate a NEW phone from Wal-Mart or any of the big box stores anymore! To solve this problem Page plus has just added 1 new phone on-line and at there distributors. It is just a basic flip phone with a camera. Give Page plus some time and you will see that customer service will come back and because of the amount of complaints on the reconditioned phones they will soon have a selection of NEW Phones. Again the reason I use Pageplus is, they use the Verizon system and don't charge a monthly or Dailey fees. Number two is the price per minute. $10.00 gets 100 that is 10 cents per min, $25.00 gets 416 that's 6 cents per min $50.00 gets 1,000 min, $80.00 gets 2,000 min that's 4 cents per min. Those pay as you go prices roll over for 4 months. Then they have the $39.95 unlimited plan, but any PLAN the minuets get lost at the end of the month.

I have been with them for 3 years. Customer service has gotten worse since they introduced the unlimited plans. They have hired more people, but are just slammed. If you don't like the phones on the website, call them. There are many more phones they sell not on the site. Verizon branded phones block the web feature on their plan. The phones they sell do NOT have this block. I like the V3m RAZR, which is not on the list. My Verizon V3m does not work on PPC web service. The V3m they sell will. Plus you get free shipping. It's a good deal. I ported two numbers and it was working within 20 minutes. It takes a day or so to get an email response, and I always reload before I run out of minutes. I can't complain for the price.

When they first started out,they were decent, but they turned into a scam.I just lost 39.95 out of my paypal account after my transaction was declined by Page Plus Cellular; but they put those funds on hold. There's no good reason for them to send a bill to paypal AFTER they’;ve declined the transaction (for some super-secret reason). Now I can't even afford to go elsewhere and I have to make a road trip without a working cell.I did (eventually) get through to Page Plus Cellular Customer service, and was told that it could take up to 30 days for the funds to be released back to paypal (if it ever does), and paypal refuses to let me file a dispute because the transaction needs to be ‘final' rather than pending” first. I'll never use Page Plus Cellular again.”

I am not very happy with this company either. But about the billing issues. their problem is that some of you that have complained about having money stolen are unfortunately ignorant to their billing system. If you add $39.95 to your account before your cycle day (the day they take the balance from your account) and you use one cent of it eg. 411, ringtone, data then there will be less than $39.95 in your account-therefore your balance will be used on a .10 cent per msg/min basis. So for R Stewart above me who had $26.30 in minutes and $1.40 in texts…you made a couple 411 calls also…thus not enough to pay your bill so you depleted it on a paygo basis. Their billing system does not distiguish between bill money and extra money on the account. This has caused some problems but as the review says at the top…extrenly simple prepaid wireless. Phones are refurb pieces of crap by the way.

I called to renew my son's prepaid 1200 minute talk/1200 text plan 2 days before it expired. Because he had gone over on his texts, Pageplus took all of the money, applied it to the texts and 3 days later, he has no service. If I had waited until after the plan had expired, my full payment would have been applied to the next month. Customer no-service” is completely worthless and unsympathetic. Do not use this company under any circumstance. They will shaft you. It's just a matter of how soon.”

Did a lot of research, and dollar for dollar I can't see anyone come close. Next in line would be Staight talk. But for $5 less and roaming page plus was the clear winner. Boost was my third choice. But I never had much luck with the Sprint network. Page plus has some issues with customer service, but being a member on pageplus.com Why do I need to talk to customer service? Their site cover 90% of the issues. I have had Verizon for years and have been happy other than the cost. With PP I get the same coverage and 30% less cost. Ebay is a good place to get service started for as little as 99 cents and that includes a $6 dollar credit. PP is $$$ for $$$ a great service. If you really want freedom, the 39.95 unlimited is the only way to go. Take and text your brains out.

Worse customer service ever….Do not deal with page plus I sign up fof a unlimited plan for 39.95 in december and i did the auto pay at the end of 30 days my line was diconnected although my account was charged. i called customer service and they said nothing can be done. I went to a local dealer he could not do anything so i payed an additional 39.95 to get it turned back on.30 days later samething happened. Call customer sevice and same story THE MANAGER got on and told me i made i bad choice and chose to pay twice. Here is it 3 times in a row there are seeing all the charges on my account and tell me that i nee to pay 39.95 to have my service turn on. I have been researching a no contract cell company to go with and have been reading the reviews of PPC. I haven't made up my mind yet but through my research the web address: kittywireless.com is a company that is a Authorized dealer that is dedicated to customer service and has a ton of answers to issues that I've read hear. They are even will to go to bat for you and talk w/PPC directly. They have a toll free tn# for general info and support tickets for more complexed issues if you hadn't found the answer on their website. I was told unlimited Talk and text wrong answer. I received a text message March 3, 2010@3:43 am saying my account is low and I would need to refill my account. My account needed to be refilled by March 6,2010. It's not that their customer service is crap. It's non-existent! I'm pretty sure they've shut the call center down and are just using their automated system for those left who are still buying their service. Whenever I call and choose the option to speak to a rep, I get routed to a message that says, “The number you have dialed is not in service” or I'll get a fast busy and the calls drops. I know from past experience to keep trying over and over and over but now, it's the same thing over and over and over.

I have had Page Plus Cellular for about 3 years, and the customer service availability has been going down hill since I started the service. If it wasn't for being the absolute best deal around in general for a modest cell user like myself, I wouldn't be with PPC anymore, but nobody's per minute prices can compare to the $50 card.They have me hostage because of this. I put up with the non-existent phone support, but I would not recommend them if you feel it's at all important to get ahold of someone via phone. It can take up to 3 days to get a reply from them.

This company is a mess..if porting a important number to them…DON'T!! They have lost peoples numbers, shut off previously OK'd Verizon phones without telling customer! Website frequently down, c/s 800 is almost impossible to reach, the savings of $5.-$10. a month is NOT worth the problems of dealing with this company. Many of their dealers have stopped activations for a reason…ticked off customers. Try Boost ($50. unlimited everything) or Straight Talk for good prepaid cellular. Yes, getting through to customer support sucks. But I left 2 support tickets for a question and one for a problem accessing my online account. My first question was answered by email in one day. The other surprised the heck out of me when a rep actually called me to help. It took about 4 days for that, but i thought it was good business and professional of them. My problem with the account fixed itself the next day after i wrote the support ticket though.Oh, and I didn't call to activate my service. I used an online site called Kitty and she did all the work for me for 99 cents. It was seriously a breeze and I had my # ported and service running within hours.As for the service, Its EXACTLY the same signal I had before with verizon (I live on Long Island). I use my same old enV2 i had with verizon and kept my same number. All my apps work the same. I cant even tell that I'm not on verizon anymore except that's its 60 bucks less a month. I was only getting 450 minutes too from them. I'm on Page Plus's 1200.In other reviews some people were saying something about paying early and that it screws things up, which was confusing the s–t out of me. I just put the $29 two days before my due date and didn't see what anyone was talking about with that problem.I've been telling people about page plus, but they look at me like I'm nuts cuz NO ONE has heard of them that I know. I've only had them for 6 weeks but everything's been fine so far. I'm pretty sure people will know the name soon. I'm totally happy with the service.

I have been with P+ for about 3 mos and have no complaints other than cs and trying to reach them but when i do get through they have been very nice and helpful. I am very dissappointed that they no longer allow blackberry or other smart phones to be activated. for now that is ok because my blackberry is stillworking but when it dies and i need to upgrade i will probably have to switch.

Page Plus is easily the best out there. Yeah, the phones they offer are older but you are getting them with NO CONTRACT. All the problems people have, with “Page Plus taking their money” is entirely THEIR OWN FAULT! You show me 100 cases of people saying page plus stole their payment and I can show you 99 people who can't manage their own phone use. If you control your internet use (it is NOT unlimited, remember the days when you didnt even hit the browser button on your phone out of fear of charges?), don't use extra features like downloading ringstones from commercials on BET, and dont use the antiquated 411 services, you will save THOUSANDS of dollars a year easily.

This company has the best signal for the price. But they also steal your money. I had an extra balance in my account about $4 dollars. When I bought a 29.95 card. It did not replenish succesfully, had to call them and they fixed it but they also stole the extra money in my account. Called them back several times and they refused to put the money back in my account. They said that I either spent it on data or minutes. I tried to explain to them that I had an unlimited plan before that and there is no way it could be on minutes and my phone doesn't even support the internet use because it is a prepaid Verizon phone. The money was there before the card was put in and after the card was put in it say's zero balance. She kept insisting that I had used the money on minutes or data so I said well which one is it stop guessing and tell me exactly what I spent it on she said that she could't check so I said them why are you working there if you can't check my account. I am extremely upset with this company. I try to place an online order for a phone and a card. After filling out all of my info I clicked “check out”. It said Transaction Failed: Try again in a few minutes. So I did, and then again. Nothing happened, it just kept saying Transaction Failed. Later on I checked my bank account only to find out that I had been charged all three times for $69.95 and it had overdrawn my bank account. They took my money, yet did not even send an e-mail or notify me that my transaction had been approved. I sent an e-mail and nothing happened.

It has been over two weeks since my phone quit working and yes it was bought thru thier website and still under warranty. After a week they finally told me that they would send me a new phone, and to be looking for it. That was eight days ago and still no phone. I have a slight problem with this company I paid my hard earn money on the phone a day early which the person in the store told me to do and the next two days my phone was disconnected, due to the fact that my phone was paid a day early it used up all the usage and when the day came for the phone to be on the money was not there and the policy of Page Plus is not to credit the phone for that which was a mistake for me to pay a day early I only wanted to pay for the month and if your company think you will gain by not helping out people with this you will lose more, because I know you have enough to do this, but due to the Management of Page Plus your COMPANY will LOSE behind not being able to HELP PEOPLE that have come to your agency and just like I found your company I can FIND ANOTHER ONE. for what I pay per month, I am very satisfied with the service. They are a new smaller company with limited customer service; however when you do get through, their CSR's are nice and friendly. My coverage is great also. I travel in the southeast in sometimes very rural areas and I have no problems. Page Plus is the BOMB!!!!

I was happy at first with the unlimited plan, coming from Verizon and saving money was nice. Then I started getting disconnected during phone calls with a message telling me my account had insufficient funds. This happens maybe 5 times a month. I also will try to make calls sometimes and it tells me the same thing. It is beyond frustrating, especially because I use this as my primary phone and have important business related calls.

I used to have verizon, and then I went to Boost. I liked the phones better for pageplus, the internet and email looked way better. I had no problems getting coverage and service from either verizon or boost. I just bought this page plus motorola Q phone today, and I get dropped calls, no service in my house at all. I already had the guy at the store reprogram it. Any suggestions?

The company will not advise you that the phomes you have already bought the last 4-5 months that you have to buy their phones now that verison will not let the phone company use their phones any more. no advance notice of any kind. I feel that the phone co. can advise you of your bill is due but can't advise you in advance that you have to buy a new phone. then I am always getting a recording that my account is zero I have the 39.95 unlimited package. I have been with page plus for more than a year now, when I couldn't afford my Verizon wireless (blackberry) I switched to them, I tried their new Talk & Text 1200 and for the first 2 months there was no problem, on my third month I lost my internet connection, I called them twice and they said that my blackberry is not an approved unit so there is no guarantee that I will have internet connection, it was weird that I've been using it for more than two months and all of a sudden after I bought my third refill card they would say that. Now I have no internet connection on my smart phone and I am considering on switching to another prepaid company. So for me this page plus just ripped me off! I was also considering of being a dealer, the joke is on me I guess.

I am a very happy Page Plus customer. I used their service since 2005 for glove box phones. Then, in January 2009, I ported my AT&T numbers for my wife and me to Page Plus. I am very happy with their service…..no complaints. The switch to Page Plus has saved me hundreds of dollars.

Worst Customer service in the world. They are rude, It always sounds like the representatives are laughing it up in the background while you wait 45 minutes to speak with them. When you do, its not like they help much anyway. On top of that, I wanted to port out my number, and the new service company told me that I would have to contact them to have it released. This review has several mistakes in it (e.g. roaming is 29 cents per minute and activation is $10 unless you're porting a number in) so I would recommend kittywireless.com for a much better explanation of PagePlus service (kitty is a PP dealer and provides far more info than PP's own website). After using this service for a week, I have some advice: if you need a lot of handholding or call customer service a lot, do not use PagePlus! However, if you only use voice and text and buy a phone directly from PP or a dealer, this is the cheapest service with the best coverage you can get. PP's customer service is so bad you really need to be able to be your own tech support. HowardForums.com is the best resource for this. They saved my butt when PP couldn't reprogram my phone!

Pros:Very cheap, 5-10c./min on the standard plan, plus if you dont talk much, like me, you can strech a $10 card for 4 months. You might be able to use a phone NOT from them.This is the cheapest/best (for me) prepaid w/data plan i found so far and i looked at many.Cons:When i tried cust. serv. once it took 30 min. to get through. But then again if you(like me) never need to call them, then its no bother.They have BREW platformon their phones, which does not allow you to download your own java games. As soon as these minutes run out – so do I – the phone service is okay…..Customer Service is terrible! you have to call to say you are buying something to get thru – once you finally get someone they make you call from another phone after you have been on hold for 45 minutes each time!! then they want to know why you think you have been inconvenienced. Pageplus is the best plan for people that either know how to program phones themself and flas fones for there use, or for people that just want voice and text at a cheap rate. I have been with them for years, and its funny to see all these people that would like to get there late model data phone that they were using on some $100 dollar a month plan working for $30 or $40 a month, like it was some supper sale on wireless. The people that just use text and voice, have no problems with Pageplus, its all these new customers with there high expectations of something for nothing wondering if there I phone can work on pageplus cloging up the works. I have put many friends on Pageplus and no one is having a proplem with it. I use a Motorola Q flashed to Verizon, no prolems data, voice, text, mms all work great. I have to feel sorry for the customer service people at Pageplus now that they are expanding into bigger and unlimited plans, having to deal with all the people that do not know anything about phones, but want everything for nothing. Pageplus is still the best value out there and has been for years, I just hope all the new people don't drive the nice customer service people crazy, with there stupid questions. I have found that it is rarley Pageplus that is at fault for problems but uninformed consumers that need to find a dealer or learn about phones in order to save everybody from dealing with there oun incompetence.

I am livid right now. I just replenished a 1200 minute talk-n-text plan 8 days ago. I have since used 263 minutes and 14 texts. My phone was shut off this evening and my account says I have a balance of zero. What the heck?!? How is that even possible?!? And can I call customer service to find out what went wrong? NO! I have to use someone else's phone (thank god my mother just happened to stop by!), the customer service number gets me only a busy signal, but if you call their replenishment number you can get through, isn't that convenient. I am now on hold.. I think.. they have no messages or noise while holding to know you're actually waiting to talk to anyone… Tick.. I ported over my number to a Samsung I760, was making phone call while rep was on the phone. I have been happy so far albeit only 4 days. I will be adding my wife. We had Verizon prepaid, oh wow, I spent $32 in one month and got 100 minutes, that is dreadful. There cheapest plan for me with a government discount is about $40 per month and you only get 450 minutes. I just bought a 1200 talk n text for Page plus from Callingmart for $28 and some change. Yes, it is hard to get through to customer service and although it has been tough for me to get through a few times, when I did get through they had the answer. They employ about 300 people as I am told by them and they are all rocking on the phone so they are busy. Not an excuse, like someone else said, could be growing pains both physically and with experience to solve your issue. So Verizon needs to get real with prices, their network is the best, that is why I am using Page plus. If they turn out to let me down, no contract! Verizon 2 year thing is insane, I would not lock into anything for two years in this economy. Page plus is the best value here. Keep in touch with Howard forums, they have many answers that could save you from calling customer service…5 stars coming if they stand the test of time..

My experience with P+ has been great. For the price of $39.95 I get unlimited talk and text and 20MB of data which I don't use. I have never had a dropped call. You can sign up on their web site to monitor your phone and replenish your account easily. If I need to get customer service I submit a ticket as there is a long wait if you call them. I do not suggest this service for people that need hand holding or need a lot of data service or tech support for their cell phone. If you do need more help with basic services you can find a good dealer, who is willing to help… like Kitty Wireless for one. The price and network coverage can't be beat and you can often activate an old phone that has been gathering dust in a drawer, plus no contract.

The worst customer service in the world. They actually made me nostalgic for the good old days when I was with Sprint, and that is the most damning criticism I can give. I tried to activate a Motorola Q on Monday. I had previously contacted them to ensure I could activate that phone and they told me yes, no problem. Well, the website rejected my order as “device rejected” so I opened a trouble ticket, which they claim they will respond to in “no more than 2 days.” Ha! Three days, no response, so I called the toll free line. “All circuits busy.” I redialed that number every 10 minutes for 3 hours until I finally got through, then waited on hold for 11 minutes. After 89 minutes (not kidding!) on the phone with 2 different reps (the original guy and his supervisor) I finally had my phone activated and my number ported. But then they couldn't reprogram! They tell you it's ok to bring your own Verizon device and then they screw up the programming. So – another trouble ticket. Then 5 days after my ORIGINAL ticket, a “Tier 1” rep condescended to answer my ticket – and gave me the wrong info! She said my device was impossible to activate. Gee, lady, a non Tier 1 rep managed to do it, what's wrong with you?? PagePlus has such great rates and the (sort of) ability to bring your own device; that would be a killer combination if their customer service didn't wreck it for them! I have a landline and use my cell very sparingly, so I am willing to endure it for the meantime. If my cell were my only line, I would never use these guys. Way too unreliable. In fact, an entire industry has sprung up to take care of things for you for a fee bc PP is so bad at doing it. See Kittywireless.com as an example.

No product is any better than the service you get. I went with PPc to support American jobs,but a lot of their butts should be unemployed.Cheap prices yes, but that is where it ends!!! Customer service is rude,and arrogant. I called in about my phone that had been out of service for 4 days and was told by a supervisor that they would get to it in a few days. I was a customer for two years back when pp had no data. I chose to activate an 8130 pearl. I never had poblems. I even paid for the unlimited back when it was pay as u go unlimited (30 days =$75) I then became a dealer and unlimited went to unlimited for $39.95 and data wohoo! but my pearl broke so I got a treo, and then a htc 6700 and I had to disassemble it and messed it up so I had no choice but to flash a verizon rom to my sprint touch. I am a little upset that they have banned smart phones. I think the problem would be fixed if they would just give unlimited data but we have to remember pp runs off verizon wether they want us to say it or not. So if they give unlimited data then yes they make verizon unhappy and they just might not be able to handle it. A small company is rising and they are going to have growing pains. I will be patient and wait to see what happens. I don't want a contract and I want to be able to offer my friends and family affordable cell phone plans and you can still activate some pretty cool phones with pp. Customer service could be ten times better but I am pretty resourceful and I make sure my customers don't have to call page plus. They call me first and I deal with cs if I have to. I know a work around to at least get in que to talk to cs. I will not share that because then everybody will start calling it. Be patient people It's not exactly easy to be a business right now. Everybody is in debt and we are all looking for ways to cut costs but still come out ahead. I always say everything is not for everybody so if you want to trade cheap plans and good coverage for unlimited everything and dropped calls, then I am sure there is no one standing in your way.

I have been with PPC for about 7 months and I think it is the best thing going . The many complaints about the customer service are valid , but aside from that I have no complaints . Most complaints about them are not their fault it's the phone . Blackbery user's whose data and internet don't work the problem is with RIM , not PPC . On Verizon's service they will help because the have contracts with RIM , PPC doesn't . For $39.99 what more do you want . Metro PCS, Cricket, and Boostmay offer more but you don't know how far you can drive before you're out of their coverage areas.This company offers the best for what they charge. I don't know why everyone complains about PPC. They are cheaper than anyone else and that means I can afford my plan. I have been with PPC off and on for alot of years. Can call people from inside buildings that my other phone co's had no service inside. Sure there are long waits for CS, but where can u call and get immediate service? I've had a Page Plus phone now for 1.5 years. In that time, I've had to contact Customer Service twice — once by email and once by telephone. Both times, I received courteous, competent service. For myself, I only talk and text. I also prefer the older model phones Page Plus has available; they seem higher quality than some of the newer phones and often have better voice clarity. So, Page Plus is a perfect fit for my needs. I couldn't be happier.

ok i dont know why everyone is talking negative about pp yes they have a bad cs but the positives of pp overweigh the negatives by alot. I have the 39.99 unlimited plan and i had it for 3 months now and i have to say that it is the best service i ever had. first of all i always have a signal because it is using verizons network which is very good and the price is outstanding for what you get, unlimited talk and text i mean come on you try getting that for sprint and see how much that is a month and you still wont get a good signal half of the time. And plus you get to use verizons phones i have the voyager and it is everything i need.the only downside to the unlimited plan is that you only get 20mb of data but that is fine with me. So for all you people that talk about pp so much sbout the same thing ( their cs sucks ) i would advise you to go to verizon, sprint,tmobile, or at&t and go spend 100+ a month just for unlimited talk and text.

I have had the phone for 4 months. Out of the 4 months I really do have to say that the Service was Awesome but there have been 4 days total that I have received No Signal At All and this is day two of the 3rd outage”. As Most other people on here stated – Good Luck with Customer Service. It has Verizon Serice but is NOT straight through Verizon so calling Verizon can NOT help you. I now have to “wait” and hope that it comes back on soon which SUCKS!! I bought the phone to be more than just a piece of plastic in My Purse!!”
