Launched in September 2014, this MVNO is owned by TextNow and, like their parent company, uses the Sprint network. Unlike other carriers, their service is data-centric and everything is handled via a data connection. However, if the data connection is not fast enough, the carrier will switch to a more traditional network.
Pros: Touch Mobile's network is extremely versatile utilizing faster data connections, Wifi connections and also more traditional phone networks.
Cons: Because this is a newer MVNO, there is a risk that the company might overextend themselves. Additionally, you cannot purchase a phone directly from their website and prices are not listed, which is inconvenient at best.

Customer Service: Touch Mobile doesn't have any online customer service support, and all customer service issues must be handled via emailing support@touch.com or by calling 1-855-45TOUCH (1-855-458-6824). All the dealings I have had with their customer service reps and even the higher-ups have been excellent.

Downloads: Touch Mobile does not offer exclusive downloads, but third-party apps, wallpapers and ringtones can be downloaded to compatible phones.
