Virgin Mobile is known for its inexpensive mobile phone plans and the service it is alb to provide individuals who are looking to save money and move away from the larger, over powerful mobile service providers. Due to this, Virgin Mobile is extremely desirable. However, one element that it has not yet completely embraced is the family plan. Many mobile providers do have family plans where individuals are able to combine services into one package for a discounted price. Virgin Mobile does not have such a family plan, but even with this, it is likely a family who is looking to combine mobile services into one bill is still going to save money. There is no discounted rate for obtaining two different lines (or three or four), but it is going to still most likely be less expensive than what other service providers are going to offer up with their mobile plans.
There are six different kind of mobile phone plans from Virgin Mobile. For individuals who are looking to opt into specific family plans, it is necessary for them to simply double or triple up on the plans. Plus, since there is no contract signed, individuals are able to simply cut down on the plan they opted into or adjust the plans accordingly. This way, they can save money and always know what each individual is able to properly use to best fit their needs. The first plan is a $35 a month with 300 anytime mites. It also gives you unlimited messaging and data usage (2.5 GB worth of $G data, which is then reduced in speed once you hit your max). Another plan is $45 a month with 1200 anytime minutes and unlimited messaging and data. Third, in terms of data and smartphones, there is the $55 a month plan which gives you unlimited everything. This way, you can have two individuals use smart phones on your plan, not have to share data and you will still top out at $110 a month, which is probably less than what you are paying for one phone on your current contract.
If you want to use just a traditional phone without the data services, there is a $20 a month plan. This gives you 400 minutes, 15 cents per message and $1.5 per MB of data. The second is a $30 month play that comes with 1500 minutes, 1500 messages and 30 MB of included data. Lastly, there is a $40 a month plan that is unlimited minutes and texting and has 50 MB of data included. This way, you can have some individuals have a talk and text plan while others have a smart phone plan, all at the same time.
