US Cellular Offers Nexus 6
December 11, 2014/
Once again, I have overlooked US Cellular (oops). As it turns out, they are now offering the new Nexus 6 for both postpaid and prepaid. They aren’t the first ones to get the phone by a long shot, but it is still nice for consumers looking for a home for that shiny new flagship phone that is a little harder to find on the prepaid segment.
The Nexus 6 flagship (also called the Nexus X) was made by Motorola and will set you back about $660 from US Cellular on a prepaid plan. While that price sticker might be a little painful to see, the phone itself is sweet enough that I would say it’s definitely worth the time.
I’m not going to go into the hardware specs like I normally do, but if you want to check them out, you can click here. The phone will come right out of the box with Lollipop installed (which is pretty sweet, if you’ll pardon the pun) and a 13 MP camera. It’s got a ton of cool features (like fast charging and a quad HD display), as one should expect from an expensive flagship phone.
US Cellular has a range of plans for the prepaid market starting at $40 for basic phones and at $50 – $70 for smartphones. To check out their plans or coverage, you’ll want to visit their website.]]>
