Click for larger A tipster sent in the above info that shows Huawei M750 ready in the Cricket ordering system. We have already seen this device: MetroPCS began offering the device in October. It’s a full touchscreen device with a 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 player, and Bluetooth. The tipster mentions that it should be going on sale the end of January or early February. The price is blurred out, but at Metro it costs $199.]]>

    Is Cricket operational all over the country. Last week I looked at their website and tried to buy a phone. They had a message.”We are currently not activating phones in your area” I tried zip codes from NYC, Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago and got the same message. where do they operate?

    Cricket covers 90% of the nation…If you’re a comparing person, Verizon covers 93% of the the nation. I would think perhaps you are in a zipcode that is roaming-only, but Cricket is an active service in the cities you listed….weird?
    Metro will find it hard to compete with Cricket’s price…

    In Las Vegas, San Diego and everywhere but it must expand in those markets mentioned to be truly competitive.
