GoSmart Promotion Offers Double Data

On the heels of Boost Mobile’s very successful (and recently extended) Double Data promotion, T-Mobile MVNO GoSmart has decided to launch their own promotion as well. Two of their three plans have been upgraded to include double data for a ‘limited time.’ I spoke with customer service, and the representative said that the promotion is currently set to go through January, but that customers would only qualify for the double data through January–it is not grandfathered when the promotion ends. Seems a little unusual to me, but I wasn’t able to get a hold of another customer service rep to confirm that information. Regardless, until the end of the promotion, you can get a pretty good deal. Here’s what their plans look like:

• $25/mo. – Unlimited talk, unlimited text, unlimited Facebook, no data (wifi only)
• $35/mo. – Unlimited talk, unlimited text, unlimited Facebook, 1 GB (normally 500 MB), Unlimited lower speeds
• $40/mo. – Unlimited talk, unlimited text, unlimited Facebook, 6 GB (normally 3 GB), Unlimited lower speeds

GoSmart doesn’t really offer very much as far as phones go–they only have two phones listed on their site; the ZTE V768 and the Coolpad Flo–but they do offer BYOD for compatible unlocked GSM or T-Mobile phones. For more information, check out their website.]]>
