PureTalk USA Increases Simple Plan Minutes
October 31, 2014/
While it isn’t a huge change, PureTalk USA has increased the minutes on their lowest priced plan. The “Simple Plan” includes a set amount of ‘minutes’ which can be used for either texting or calling, all pulled from the same bucket of minutes. Texts are charged at 3 messages per 1 minute, and voice minutes are charged for the amount of time used. The plan has three tiers, and two of them were changed this week.
The lowest tier, priced at $5 was increased from 50 minutes to 80 minutes, and the midrange tier, Simple 250 had a price decrease from $12 to $10. The top tier Simple 750 was not changed.
None of the plans include data, but data packages can be added as well. For $10, you can add 150 MB or 200 MMS, for $20 you can add 300 MB or 400 MMS or for $30 you can add 450 MB or 600 MMS. Unused data will roll over to the next month, however, I don’t believe that unused minutes roll over.
Other plan options from PureTalk USA include the Flex plan, Family Flex plan and Unlimited plans. PureTalk USA uses AT&T’s GSM network. For more information about PureTalk USA plans, click here.]]>
