Page Plus gains distribution at Circle K stores

Page Plus Cellular has signed an agreement deal with the convenience store chain. Page Plus phones and cards will now be available at Circle K locations in Arizona and Florida. There are also plans for a national launch, which would bring Page Plus to 2,000 stores across the country. This is nothing but good new for the MVNO. At a time when prepaid is growing, they can use all the distribution they can get. Page Plus CFO Dean McDowell on prepaid wireless:
“People are realizing that prepaid allows you to control your monthly budget much better than you can with post-paid plans,” he said. “In addition, we have recently added some very economical rate plans that bundle large amounts of airtime with large amounts of text messaging. Heavy users are seeing the advantage of these plans and they are creating a lot of demand.”Page Plus recently launched a set of Talk n Text plans, plus added WAP and BREW services.
