Preorder Galaxy Note 4 Today
September 19, 2014/
Today, the first day that you can get your hands on the new Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is also the first day for pre-ordering the new Galaxy Note 4 from Verizon and AT&T. Coincidence? Probably not. As two of the largest and most popular phone companies to sell phones in the U.S., Samsung and Apple have long had a rivalry. And, with all the hype over the iPhone 6, Samsung seems to be blowing a proverbial raspberry by launching their pre-orders on the same day. Could just be me, though.
The much-anticipated Galaxy Note 4 is set to launch October 17 in the U.S. and Samsung has announced a promotion where customers will get a guaranteed $200 trade-in towards a new Galaxy Note 4 pre-order–even if your phone isn’t worth $200. The deal will run now through October 16.
The Galaxy Note 4 was unveiled earlier this month and has some pretty nice specs underneath that phablet screen including a 2.7 GHz quad-core processor, the newest Android OS (4.4), a 16 MP rear camera, 3.7 MP front camera and an NFC chip which Samsung was quick to point out is not locked to one specific purpose, unlike the iPhone 6. The Galaxy Note 4 will be available off-contract for around $700. T-Mobile and Sprint are set to offer the device late next week.]]>
