I just read that NewEgg is going to be selling the
Samsung ATIV S for $110 unlocked, off-contract, and I had to shoot out a quick article in case you wanted to take advantage of it. This Windows phone is a former flagship that even today has some pretty good specs and is an excellent choice at this price range.

The device is unlocked and is a GSM-ready phone designed to work on AT&T networks. The phone will work on T-Mobile, but will not be able to use their 3G network, as it does not support the right bandwidth. The device also does not support 4G. To be on the safe side, I’d recommend contacting and double-checking with your carrier before shelling out the $110, although it is confirmed to work with AT&T direct.
