Boost Mobile Promotions

Boost Mobile, a Sprint MVNO, is currently running a few promotions for new customers. There are some devices available for free, family plans available at discounted rates, and a sale on accessories. Let’s take a look!

Free Phones

Until January 26, any new customers porting from a non-Sprint network (must be inactive for at least 30 days) can receive a free phone when enrolling in Boost Mobile’s $50 unlimited plan. Here are the devices available:

• Alcatel Dawn (usually $39.99)
• LG K3 (usually $49.99)
• Kyocera Hydro Reach (usually $49.99)
• LG Tribute HD (usually $79.99)
• LG Tribute 5 (usually 79.99)
• Samsung Galaxy J3 (usually $149.99)

Free phone promotions are not new to Boost Mobile, though it seems the company has had a hard time deciding which rules to include with it and it even did away with the promotion for a while there.

Family Plans

Customers on the Unlimited Gig plan ($50/month) can add a new line, up to four, and they will receive a free month of service and one of the free phones listed above. The Unlimited Gig plan would remain at a discounted rate of $30/month after the free month is over. The Unlimited Gig plan includes unlimited talk, text, and data.

Other Deals

Additionally, through the end of the year, Boost Mobile is offering 50% off accessories for some devices, including all of the phones listed above and the ZTE Prestige. And, there is one more deal this season from Boost Mobile. Since the company recently expanded its BYOP feature, from now until January 2, Boost is offering customers who bring their device in for activation a free SIM card kit. Typically, these are $10.
